Between 17 and 20 September, Amarsul will be present at the 64th AT PGA Aroeira Portuguese Open, taking place in Aroeira, Almada, and will be supporting this major sporting event by promoting good environmental practices.

During the four days of competition, Amarsul will ensure the separate collection of waste produced on site by providing suitable equipment and overseeing waste management.

Amarsul’s presence will also include environmental education activities aimed at participants and the public, with the aim of raising awareness of correct waste separation and encouraging more responsible behaviour.

This participation reinforces Amarsul’s commitment to bringing environmental education to different audiences and contexts, contributing to greater environmental literacy and the adoption of good practices in waste management.
