On 11 and 12 September, YARD – One Last Summer Dance returns for another edition in the White Sand Mountains, once again with the support of Amarsul, which will ensure the implementation of a selective waste collection system during the event.
Throughout the event, waste sorting facilities will be provided, supported by a logistics operation to ensure the collection and correct channelling of materials, thereby promoting their recycling.
This initiative aims to contribute to more effective management of the waste generated during the festival, encouraging its correct sorting and emphasising the importance of everyone’s participation.
Amarsul’s involvement forms part of its strategy to promote environmental literacy and raise awareness of the need to adopt more responsible behaviour, by bringing waste sorting closer to different everyday contexts.
Amarsul thus continues to promote proper waste management and encourage more responsible choices at events across the region.
