On November 12th, Amarsul was present at the 4th Occupational Safety and Health Congress of the Ave Valley, promoted by the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT), at the Auditorium of the ULSAAVE Hospital in Guimarães.

The event brought together professionals and specialists from the areas of health, safety, and technology to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the digital age in the context of work, exploring how technologies such as artificial intelligence, automation, and intelligent digital systems are transforming workplaces and influencing the safety and health of workers.

With a diverse program that included thematic panels, presentations, and opportunities for sharing experiences, the congress reinforced the importance of prevention and promotion of safety and health at work in a scenario of increasing digitalization.

Amarsul's Sustainability, Quality, Environment and Safety Manager, João Alexandre, was one of the guest speakers, sharing the company's vision on how technology can support the creation of safer and healthier work environments through digital monitoring, prevention and alert systems applied to urban waste management.
