Amarsul will be taking part in Trafaria (Com)Prova – Wines & Tapas on the Banks of the Tagus, which takes place from 4 to 6 September 2026 at the Trafaria Riverside Promenade in Almada.

Throughout the three days of the event, Amarsul will provide facilities for the correct sorting and disposal of waste generated, contributing to more efficient resource management and the recovery of recyclable materials.

At the same time, Amarsul’s Environmental Education Team will be on site running awareness-raising activities aimed at traders and visitors. These initiatives aim to promote the adoption of good practices in waste prevention, sorting and recycling, whilst raising awareness of the importance of each individual’s contribution to preserving the environment.

Amarsul’s participation in Trafaria (Com)Prova forms part of its strategy to promote the circular economy and raise awareness of environmentally responsible behaviour.

Beyond ensuring the proper management of the waste produced, Amarsul aims to involve traders, visitors and partners in building a culture of sustainability, demonstrating that small actions can have a positive impact on the local area and the community’s quality of life.
