Students and lecturers from the Environmental Management and Sustainability course at the Seixal Vocational Training Centre – IEFP visited the Seixal Ecopark Sorting Centre.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to observe first-hand the entire process of sorting plastic and metal packaging, as well as its proper channelling for recycling. This experience enabled the trainees to consolidate essential knowledge in the environmental field, combining theory and practice.

In addition to its educational value, the visit helped to raise awareness among students and teachers of the importance of adopting more sustainable practices in everyday life, reinforcing their commitment to environmental protection and the circular economy.
