Amarsul is licensed to receive municipal waste (MW) and similar waste, as defined in the European List of Waste published by Decision 2014/955/EU.

Other waste may be received, provided that it complies with the requirements defined in Decree-Law No. 183/2009 of August 10. See below the List of Waste Accepted at Amarsul by facility.
