MUNICIPALITIES
Amarsul is responsible for the selective collection of recyclable waste in the municipalities of Alcochete, Almada, Barreiro, Moita, Montijo, Palmela, Seixal, Sesimbra and Setúbal. This activity involves the collection of waste that the population voluntarily deposits in recycling bins, contributing to the environmental sustainability of the region.
DOOR-TO-DOOR DOMESTIC
Aiming at a constant improvement in the increase in the quantities of recyclable waste, in November 2017 Amarsul began distributing domestic containers in residential areas for the disposal of paper/cardboard and plastic/metal packaging. This service is available in some areas of the municipalities of Almada, Palmela, Seixal, Sesimbra and Setúbal, where door-to-door collection of unsorted and organic waste (biowaste) is already in place.

COMMERCE AND SERVICES
Amarsul also offers a selective collection service dedicated to commerce and services, aimed at commercial entities that produce large quantities of recyclable waste. This service can be requested by interested parties through the Recycling Hotline customer service.
